Terms and Conditions — V9 Game Platform Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and v9 game ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the v9 game website located at v9game.onl and all associated services, products and features offered through it.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or otherwise accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any specific rules, policies or guidelines published elsewhere on the platform — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If there is ever a conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotion rules published separately, the specific rules for that game or promotion will take precedence for that particular context.

02Eligibility

Use of the v9 game platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults and we take this requirement seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with our minor protection policy.
• You must be using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be using the platform for any commercial or business purpose unrelated to your personal gaming activity.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently closed from the v9 game platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your situation.

03Account Registration

To access the full range of v9 game services, you are required to create a player account. When registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the v9 game platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending balances being reviewed.
• Accurate information: All personal details provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. V9 game will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 15.
• Account ownership: Your account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to any other person under any circumstances.

V9 game reserves the right to verify account information at any time and to suspend access pending the outcome of any verification process. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be permanently closed.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the v9 game platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply any internal currency conversion and PKR is the sole operating currency for all account balances.

Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets available within Pakistan. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and the most current list is always visible on the Deposit page.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction .
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• V9 game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use for deposits must belong to you personally.
• Withdrawals will be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.
• V9 game reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard measure and is not specific to any individual player.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

05Betting Rules

The v9 game sports betting section covers cricket — including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from the platform. Bets that are not confirmed should be treated as void regardless of outcome.
• Odds: All odds displayed are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.
• Live/in-play betting: Live betting odds update in real time. Bets placed during a connectivity interruption may be voided if the odds at the time of placement cannot be verified.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including match abandonment, venue changes that materially affect the game, data feed errors, or obvious pricing errors. Voided bets are refunded to your PKR balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per market and are visible before placing a bet. V9 game reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any player or market at any time.
• Parlay and combo bets: All individual selections within a parlay must be valid for the parlay to stand. If one selection is voided, that leg is removed and the parlay recalculates based on remaining selections.
• Errors and palpable mistakes: V9 game reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error. A palpable mistake is defined as an odds price that is materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of offering.

Cricket-specific rules — covering topics such as Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, innings interruptions, player substitution and match result disputes — are published in full on the Betting page. Pakistani players who bet heavily on PSL and T20 fixtures are encouraged to familiarise themselves with cricket-specific voiding rules before placing large wagers.

06Bonuses and Promotions

V9 game offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season or major cricket tournaments.

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside the offer at the time of promotion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• V9 game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time. Players who have already opted into a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes made after their opt-in.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting patterns designed to reduce wagering risk, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited and the account being reviewed for closure.

07Casino and Games

The v9 game platform offers a range of casino-style games including slots, fish games, bingo and live casino titles. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• All game outcomes on v9 game are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results are independent across all sessions and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information section. RTP represents a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee results for any individual session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game — including server disconnection or power interruption — v9 game will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• Game history is stored in your account and can be reviewed in the transaction log. If you believe a game result was recorded incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours.
• Fish games and bingo operate under their own specific rules which are displayed within each game. These rules take precedence over these general Terms for matters specific to those game types.

08VIP Programme

The v9 game VIP programme rewards regular players with tier-based benefits including faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority support and access to exclusive promotional structures. Full details are available on the VIP page.

• VIP points are earned through qualifying real-money activity on the platform. Points earned from bonus play may be weighted differently from points earned from real-money deposits, as stated in the VIP programme rules.
• VIP tiers and associated benefits are reviewed periodically. V9 game reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point values and benefit structures with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP status is personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• V9 game may, at its discretion, remove VIP status from an account that has been found to breach these Terms in any material way.

09Responsible Gaming

V9 game is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment that carry real financial risk. We strongly recommend that all players set clear personal limits before they start playing.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be immediately increased once set.
• Session time reminders: You can enable time reminders that will notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gaming activity is difficult to control, you can request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the platform.
• Reality check: A summary of your gaming activity — time spent and net financial position — is available at any time from your account dashboard.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v9 game platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or technical errors in any game or platform function. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage schemes or any form of coordinated exploitation of betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any activity that constitutes a financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access account data belonging to another player.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating an informal bookmaking operation using your v9 game account.

11Privacy and Data

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v9 game's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

• V9 game is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• V9 game is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet service outages, payment processor downtime or events of force majeure.
• The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times, though we work to maintain the highest possible availability.

13Account Suspension and Termination

V9 game may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• At your own request, including via the self-exclusion mechanism described in Section 9.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply to those funds.

In cases of closure for breach of Terms, v9 game reserves the right to withhold balances that are demonstrably connected to prohibited activity.

14Changes to These Terms

V9 game may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

We recommend checking this page periodically — particularly at the start of major cricket or PSL seasons when promotional terms may be updated to reflect new offers.
